Packaging and Accessories: All returned items must include all accessories, instructions and other accompanying documents in the original packaging. Situations where no refund will be given Out of Return Window: Items returned after the 30-day return period will not be refunded. Damaged or Used Items: No refund will be given if the item is found to be used or damaged. This does not apply to damage caused by shipping. Promotional or Discounted Items: All sales of promotional or discounted items are final and non-refundable, unless there is a quality problem when the item is received. Return Instructions: Our customer service will instruct you on how to return the item and provide a return address. Inspection and processing: After we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them within 4 business days. After the inspection is qualified, we will process the refund within 6 business days and refund it to your account through the original payment method. Return shipping The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The only exception is if the product has quality problems when it is first received, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
